About Siebenaler Law

Michelle R. Siebenaler, Attorney at Law

Michelle was born and raised in South King County. Michelle takes joy in providing legal services to the same local community that has always been her home.

Michelle earned her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University in 2003, and her Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law 2008. A testament to her dedication and hard work, Michelle worked full time in the purchasing department at a large aerospace company while attending law school in the evening. Prior to opening her own practice, Michelle worked at Rose Law Offices in Puyallup as well as The Law Office of Beth A. McDaniel in Renton.

Having experienced health concerns and loss within her own family at a young age, Michelle empathizes with the emotions involved when losing a close family member or making long term care decisions. She has seen first hand the value in adequate planning. Administering a probate or making health care decisions can feel like a difficult task for someone who is grieving or dealing with illness, and it is Michelle’s goal to ease this burden for her clients by showing compassion and simplifying the process as much as possible.

Michelle also enjoys educating the community about estate planning, probate, and long-term care. Michelle has been a speaker for local professional and community groups. If you would like to have Michelle speak to your group, please reach out to us.

Outside of serving her clients, Michelle’s greatest joy is her family. She loves spending time with her husband and raising her two young daughters. Michelle also enjoys reading, gardening, and volunteering with the Girl Scouts of Western Washington as a Troop Leader.

Michelle is a member of the Washington Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Washington State Bar Association Elder Law Section, and the King County Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. Michelle is a Member at Large for the WSBA Elder Law Section.
